FAQ: How quickly can you ship?
One of the most frequently asked questions we receive is, “How quickly can you ship the units to us?”. All of our products are built by hand and consequently, there is a lead time of approximately 7 – 10 days required for build and testing processes and this may vary according to the existing workload. We use various carriers allowing us to ship worldwide and for urgent requirements, our team is equipped to handle rush jobs. It’s always a good idea to discuss your project requirements with us first. We can help with suggestions and ideas for a more efficient, thorough and perhaps even a more cost effective way to get the job done. Given the dynamic nature of technology, we are continually exploring ways to make improvements in our designs, the components and materials we use. Christmas is coming…
As the festive season approaches, remember to submit any last-minute orders to us as soon as possible. To ensure timely delivery before our Christmas shutdown, all units must leave our workshop by Friday, 15th December.
